How to Start a Return
To begin your return, simply access your order details through your Order Confirmation email. Can’t find it? No problem—reach out to us at support@discountcubllc.com, and our team will assist you.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
- All original tags must be attached
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of purchase
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by DiscountCubLLC. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for refund or return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–12 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Final Sale Items
As of December 9, 2024, all Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at support@discountcubllc.com so we can make it right.
Online Purchase Returns
For orders shipped within the U.S., returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.
We do not accept:
- Returns after 7 days
- Worn, used, or damaged items
- Items without original tags
- Final sale items
Items returned outside of policy will not be refunded or returned to the sender.
